We are open 24/7 for members. We are here Monday-Friday to sign up new members from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If those times aren't convenient for you, don't worry! We are happy to accommodate you, so contact us if accommodations are needed!

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT
This Contract is between Karam Fitness Kinder LLC, d/b/a Karam’s Fitness (“Gym”), and the undersigned individual (“Member”).
Membership and Payments: Member must pay all amounts due at signing (“Total Due Today”). Member agrees to pay monthly membership fee in advance for each month after the Start Date by automatic withdrawal, cash, credit card, or pre-approved check. A $25 fee applies to all returned checks, ACH debits, or credit card transactions. Access may be suspended until balances are paid.
Term: All memberships are month-to-month, unless part of a discounted annual contract, which must be completed in full.
Membership begins on the Start Date listed or the date signed if none is specified.
Cancellation Policy: Member may cancel at any time with at least ten (10) days’ notice before the next billing date.
Cancellation is valid only if completed by one of the following methods:
1. In person at the Gym during staffed hours to an employee or the owner; or
2. By email to karamsfitness@gmail.com, including Member’s full name on file, phone number on file, date of birth, and a clear written request to cancel.
All other methods are invalid, including phone calls, voicemails, text messages (including texts to the owner), social media messages, and third-party communications. Failure to provide proper and timely notice results in billing through the next cycle. No refunds.
The Gym may cancel any membership at any time in its sole discretion. Memberships are non-transferable.
Access Device: All membership access devices remain the property of the Gym and must be returned upon cancellation. Cancellation will be processed regardless of device return; however, if an access device is not returned within seven (7) business days of the cancellation request, a $5 replacement and administrative fee will be charged to the Member’s account. Any outstanding balance must be paid for the account to be considered fully closed. The Member is responsible for their access device. Lost or stolen devices must be reported within three (3) business days and will be replaced for a $3 fee.
Guests: Guests require a $5 daily guest fee per person, per visit, which must be paid upon entry. Any Member who allows entry to, brings, or permits use of the Gym by a non-active member or guest without payment will be charged a $20 fee per person, per visit, which the Member authorizes the Gym to charge to the payment method on file. If no valid payment method is on file, the Member’s account will be locked or suspended until the balance is paid, and such conduct may result in termination.
Retail and Replacement Charges: Any towel, food, beverage, retail item, or Gym property removed without payment or returned in damaged condition will be treated as an unpaid purchase or replacement. Towels incur a $5 replacement fee per towel, and all other items will be charged at retail or replacement value. The Member authorizes the Gym to charge the payment method on file. Accounts without a valid payment method may be locked or suspended until payment is made.
Conduct: Members and guests may not play music aloud; personal headphones are allowed. Members and guests must re-rack any weights used. Offensive language or profanity is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in warnings or termination.
Valuables: For your protection, do not bring valuables into the Gym. The Gym is not responsible for or liable to Members for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
Damages: The Member shall pay for and is responsible for any damage to themselves or to the Gym's property by the Member, Member's guest, or dependent children.
Attire: For safety and hygiene reasons, Members and guests must wear proper athletic attire, including shirt, pants/shorts, and footwear (no sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet are permitted) during a workout. If Member, dependents, or guests are not abiding to our attire requirements, they will be asked to leave.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: All use of the Gym is at Member’s sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Member assumes all risk and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Gym, its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation, including those caused by ordinary negligence.
Temporary Closures and Governing Law: The Gym may temporarily close for maintenance, emergencies, or events beyond its control.
This Contract is governed by Louisiana law and is legally binding.
